Studies have shown that public speaking is more feared than death, so as Jerry Seinfeld said, “this means if you have to be at a funeral, you would rather be in the casket than giving the eulogy!” The truth is that it just takes planning, practice and purpose to conquer that fear and the reap the rewards. Regardless of your chosen career path, the ability to convey a message to 1 person, 10 people or a roomful is a skill too few take the time to invest in.
