The lack of employee engagement is a billion-dollar problem. It costs billions of dollars worldwide in lost productivity and employee turnover. We know that one of the main drivers of an employee’s engagement in an organization is their manager. As a manager, if you can coach as part of your day-to-day interactions to improve your ability to engage your team, you can make a big impact. This empowering session with Louise Lee will cover some fundamentals so you can bring out the best in yourself AND your team.
About our speaker:
Within 2 years of starting her career in England, Louise’s powers over team dysfunction were recognized and she quickly ascended the ranks through leadership and management roles. By age 30, she had completely transformed her flailing department of 60 people and saved her company $6M. She now applies her passion for leadership, coaching, and teaching in her company Louise Lee Coaching and Consulting to help companies save millions of dollars by transforming dysfunctional teams.
She’s taught and coached professionals and creatives in project management, leadership, and team-working skills for over a decade.
