It is often challenging for people to step outside of their comfort zone to take risks and try new things, but there is power in listening to other people’s experiences and hearing that there is no right answer for your career.
VanWIT is excited to announce our second member’s only event, the second in our Leadership Circle series designed to inspire people to take the next step in their career by highlighing the journey of successful senior leaders in Technology. We are excited to announce that it will be hosted by Shelley Gilberg, the BC Public Sector and Consulting Lead for PwC.

Shelley has spent over 25 years delivering and innovating in operations and serices, growing business and strong teams, and providing leadership, trusted advice, and value to organizations in the public and private sector. She began her career in behavioral health and community services and was a COO and CFO deliver in operations, technology, labour relations, and innovation portfolios. She has also held senior executive roles in the BC Government and prior to joining PwC in 2018, Shelley spent a decade leading strategy, sales and deliver of large transformation programs nationally and globally for IBM as a Vice President with her primary focus on public sector and health and human services. Shelley holds an MBA from Queen's University, a CPA, and an ICD.D designation. She recently completed a 6 year term serviing on the Board of Directors for the BC Assessment Authority and is also a founding member of VanWIT
